This is a great idea to incorporate on your table if you have some kind of drawing or contest going on. The banner could sit on the table top and do the advertising for you while people are browsing your display. You can put what ever key message you would like on it and personalize it. The best part is that when you are done using it, it is easy to take down and transport in a carrying case.
Once you get a lot of visitors to your booth taking information, your table display could get pretty messy pretty quickly. You want to keep your table as organized as possible to create a good presentation about your company. When you put brochures, flyers and business cards in holders, you have more room to put other things on the table.
